The recipients of the Best State Initiatives Award were the Government of Rajasthan – Urban Development, Housing & Lsg Department. Companies like Tata Motors Limited, Sml Isuzu Limited, Ecoman Enviro Solutions Pvt. Ltd., Reddonatura India Pvt. Ltd., Mahindra Construction Equipment, Zigma Global Enviro Solutions Pvt Ltd., Zonta Infratech Pvt Ltd were awarded the Best Municipal Solutions Award. Alom Polyextrusions Limited, Ashtech (India) Pvt Ltd., Wilo Mather And Platt Pumps Pvt Ltd bagged the award for Most Innovative Product. The winners of the Best Technology Solutions Award were Bentley Systems India Pvt Ltd., Esri India Technologes Ltd., Innowave IT Infrastructures Limited. The recipients of the Best Integrated Urban Solutions award were Prama Hikvision India Pvt Ltd., Tata Realty And Infrastructure Limited. Best Indoor Display Pavilions Award were presented to Bajaj Electricals Limited, Building And Construction Authority, Singapore, Canadian High Commission, Gemini Power Hydraulics Pvt Ltd while the winners of Best indoor Display Booths Award were Philips India Ltd., Us Technology International Pvt Ltd., Sika India Pvt Ltd., Tata Steel Limited, Lubi Industries LLP, Wirtgen India Private Limited. Additionally Special Appreciation Memento for Consolidated Presence was awarded to the Government of Tamilnadu – Commissionerate of Municipal Administration.

Government of Rajasthan-Urban Development, Housing and LSG Department, and Mahatma Gandhi Swachhata Mission, Gujarat were honoured for their Best State Initiatives. Excel Industries Ltd., Ecoman Enviro Solutions Pvt. Ltd., Otto Waste Systems (India) Ltd., Reddonatura India Pvt. Ltd., Earth Care Equipments Pvt. Ltd. and Everlast Composites Pvt. Ltd. were awarded for providing the Best Municipal Solutions. Linnhoff India Pvt Ltd., Owens Corning (India) Ltd and Pidilite Industries Ltd. bagged the Most Innovative Product award. Genesys International Corporation Ltd., IBM and Adcc Infocad Ltd. were congratulated with the award for the Best Technology Solutions. Mitsubishi Heavy Industries India Pvt. Ltd. received the Best Integrated Urban Solutions award. The award for the Best Indoor Display Pavilions was bestowed on Tata Motors Ltd., Jaipur Municipal Corporation, Canadian High Commission and Vectus Industries Ltd. and that of the Outdoor Display Pavilions to Ensol Multiclean Equipments Pvt. Ltd., American Road Technology Solutions Pvt. Ltd. and Hindustan Prefab Ltd. Delhi Metro Rail Corporation Ltd. and Philips India Ltd. won the award for the Best Indoor Display Booths.

The Best Integrated State Participation awards went to Government of Rajasthan, Department of Urban Development and Housing Board and Government of Punjab, Punjab Municipal Infrastructure Development Company (PMIDC). Surat Municipal Corporation, Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation, Vadodara Municipal Corporation and the Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai won the Best City Pavilion awards. The Best State Pavilion awards went to Government of Rajasthan, Urban Development, Housing & Lsg dept and Urban Development Department and Guwahati Development Department, Govt. of Assam while the Best Booth awards went to Philips Electronics India Ltd, Sika India Pvt Ltd and Allison Transmission India Pvt Ltd. The awards for Best Display were given to Crompton Greaves Ltd, TATA Motors Ltd and Mahindra and Mahindra Ltd. The award for the Best Range of Municipal Solutions went to Rolta India Ltd, Sintex Industries Ltd and The Supreme Industries while the Most Innovative Product award went to Beardsell Ltd and Cybertech Software Ltd. Other awards under specific categories included Best Sanitation Solution that was won by Gujarat Housing Department and Nirmal Gujarat; Best Smart City given to Gujarat International Finance Tec-City or GIFT; Best Water Solution received by High Commission of Canada and Best Waste Management Solution by Excel Industries Ltd and Redonnatura India Pvt Ltd. Gujarat Urban Development Co Ltd won the Best Integrated Urban Initiatives award while Gujarat Municipal Finance Board received the award for Best Reform and Financial Management Initiatives.

The Mumbai Metropolitan Regional Development Authority (MMRDA), Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai and Amdavad Municipal Corporation were given the Best City Pavilion awards. While, the Best Pavilion (Private) awards went to Crompton Greaves Limited, Organic Recycling Pvt. Ltd and Horizon Technologies, the Best Booth (Private) awards went to Philips Electronics India Ltd and Honeywell Analytics. The awards for Best Live Demonstration and Display were given to Force Motors Ltd and Excel Industries Ltd. The award for the Best Variety of Solutions went to Sumer Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd, while the Most Innovative Product / Project award went to Ghaziabad Development Authority.
